The Survey Section on Local2790.org is now live. Members of Local 2790 who are logged in can give their opinion on proposed contracts, and other issues pertaining to the Local and it's members. The Survey Section is for Local 2790 members only. If you are a Local 2790 member, you can register here and you will be emailed a username and password to access this section. The Mill Cabinet Section has now been split into two categories.
One for shops that are members of the MWA and the other for Independent Shops.
Website Updates Saturday, July 21, 2012 Local 2790 members can now pay their union dues using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, or Bill Me Later directly and instantly from Local2790.org. Members can either use the secure "Pay Now" button on the right side of the home page or visit the Quarterly Dues section for more info. In addition, credit card payments can also be made in person at the Local or over the phone by calling the Local at 646.490.3444. As always, checks and money orders will continue to be an accepted form of payment for quarterly dues.

Website Updates Wednesday, May 16, 2012 The Contractor List has been updated to include phone numbers and websites for most of the companies that were originally from Local 2870. Some former Local 2090 shops have been updated to include website info as well.
Website Updates Thursday, May 10, 2012 Local 2790 has moved it's office downstairs to the 1st floor at the District Council. It can be accessed from the Houston St entrance at 395 Husdson Street. Also the office hours have changed, the local is open 8:30a-4:00p Monday thru Thursday and 8:30a-3:00p on Friday.
