If You Work Outside, Make Sure You Are Paid Correctly!

In the current MWA Agreement, there is a provision that allows a shop to send up to two of its employees to install custom woodwork for a wage rate lower than the prevailing outside wage rate. Below is a flow chart that goes over what conditions must be met in order for a worker to be paid less than the prevailing outside rate to install woodwork.
